ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The Organizing Committee of SEEDCON 2026 invites to submit an abstracts for Original Research work (Oral or e-Poster) and Case Reports/ Case Series (e-Poster only). The conference focuses on core endocrinology tracks and offers professional incentives for accepted papers.

• Submission Deadline: 30th November 2026 till 23:59 Hours

Submission Guidelines & Formatting

• Word Count: Maximum 300 words within the text box
• Structure: Must be a structured abstract (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion).
• Language: All ABSTRACTS must be submitted in English.
• Visual Restrictions: No images, figures, illustrations, or graphs allowed.
• Attractive prizes for Best Oral & ePoster Presentation
• All presenting authors will get an e-mail confirmation of submission.

Abstract Body Structure:

• Title: [Insert Clear, Concise Title Here - Capitalise Main Words]
• Background / Objective: [1-3 sentences stating the clinical problem, knowledge gap, and the specific aim of your study.]
• Methods: [Describe your study design, patient population/sample size, interventions, and statistical tests used.]
• Results: [State your main findings with specific data, p-values, or statistically significant numbers. Do not use generic statements like "data will be discussed".]
• Conclusion: [Summarize the main takeaway message and the clinical relevance or impact of your findings.]

Policies & Rules

• Submission Limit: Maximum of 3 abstract submissions per author.
• Modifications: No additions or alterations are permitted after final submission.
• Required Info: Name and contact details of the presenting author, plus names and emails of all co-authors.
• Registration Policy: Mandatory registration for all participants. However, accepted presenting authors receive complimentary registration for the entire conference.

Note: A complimentary registration will be granted to the presenting author upon abstract acceptance
